What is the correct dose of riluzole?

The medication is taken twice a day. The dose is 50 mg in the morning and 50 mg in the evening, for a total daily dose of 100 mg. Since 2016, a riluzole suspension has also been available as an alternative to the tablet. The dose therefore remains unchanged. The medication is taken as 10 ml of riluzole suspension in the morning and 10 ml in the evening (10 ml contains 50 mg of riluzole).
