Dear participants in the APST network,
We are pleased to announce that the APST Portal, as well as the ALS app and SMA app, are once again available.
After Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin took affected IT systems offline as a precautionary measure on October 21, 2026, due to a serious security vulnerability in PHP, the server on which the Ambulanzpartner Care Portal and the two mobile apps are hosted was brought back online today, October 23, 2026, at 8:50 a.m.
All applications are therefore accessible again:
- APST Portal: Registration and use of the portal are once again available.
- ALS App: Patients can log in and use the app again.
- SMA App: The SMA app is also available again.
The temporary outage lasted from October 21 until this morning.
We would like to thank the IT department at Charité for restoring the systems and all participants in our network for their patience and understanding during the technical disruption.
